include a new railway line between Nangal Dam and Talwara (₹2017.96 crore), a new line between Chandigarh and Baddi (₹1540.14 crore), a railway line between Bhanupalli, Bilaspur, and Beuri (₹6753.42 crore), and doubling the Rajpura-Bathinda railway track (₹2458.99 crore). The government has allocated ₹500 crore for the Nangal Dam-Talwara line, ₹300 crore for the Chandigarh-Baddi line, ₹1700 crore for the Bhanupalli-Bilaspur-Beuri line, and ₹99.98 crore for the Rajpura-Bathinda line. These projects are expected to boost industrial growth, create jobs, and improve passenger amenities by introducing new trains and services.
