at 5:00 AM, chanting slogans and sitting on the tracks without permission. The train was scheduled to depart at 5:22 AM, but the protestors refused to move despite warnings. They finally left at 6:25 AM after submitting a memorandum to the station master. Based on the station master's logbook, the RPF registered a case under sections 174A and 147 of the Railways Act against the protestors, who were identified from photographs and videos taken by the RPF. Six protestors, including Vijay Kesarwani, Vijay Pandey, Sohrab Khan, Javed Memon, Mohammed Ayub, and Sohel Ahmed, were summoned and subsequently arrested. They were released on bail after being informed of their rights and providing guarantors. However, they are required to appear in the Railway Court on a future date when the case is presented.
