Fourth Vande Bharat Express flagged off from Vizag

India launched a new Vande Bharat Express train on the Raipur-Vizianagaram route on Monday, September 18th. The train, numbered 20829, departs from Durg at 5:45 AM six days a week (except Thursdays) and arrives in Visakhapatnam at 1:45 PM. Durg at 10:50 PM. The train makes stops at Raipur, Mahasamund, Khariar Road, Kantabanji, Titlagarh, Kesinga, Rayagada, Parvathipuram, and Vizianagaram. This marks the fourth Vande Bharat Express train serving Visakhapatnam, with two already running to Secunderabad and one connecting Bhubaneswar. Union Minister K Ram Mohan Naidu praised Prime Minister Modi's contributions to railway development and announced the upcoming construction of a new railway zone, starting either during Dasara or Diwali.
