25,000 rupees announced for his arrest. Kumar, previously working in the Dhanbad division, had recently transferred to Guwahati division of NF Railway. He spotted Parmar on a train from Guwahati to Madhya Pradesh and alerted security agencies. Subsequently, Parmar was arrested at Hajipur station in Bihar. He was hiding in Imphal, Manipur, and traveling to Madhya Pradesh by train.
