The investigation is focused on areas with a significant Muslim population. Police are also attempting to identify the perpetrator using the cylinder's batch number. They have raided three gas agencies in Shivrajpura and Bilhour, collecting records and data on recent cylinder supplies, including black market sales. Teams are also checking homes for cylinders and monitoring bus stops, railway junctions, and airports in Lucknow and Kanpur.
