service is expected to ease traffic congestion during weekends, especially on long weekends, when thousands of people visit the hilltop. The MEMU trains are significantly cheaper than other modes of transportation, like airport express trains, BMTC Vayu Vajra buses, and ride-hailing services.

Yeswantpur-Chikkaballapur-Yeswantpu, 06531/06532 Bengaluru Cantonment-Chikkaballapur-Cantonment, aur 06535/06538 Chikkaballapur-Bengaluru Cantonment-Chikkaballapur ye MEMU trains Nandi Hills pe rukenge. Train Nandi station pe rukta hai, jo Nandi Hills ke base se do kilometers door hai. Weekend pe, especially long weekend pe, Nandi Hills route pe traffic jam hota hai, kyunki hazaron log tourist spot pe jate hai, jo Bengaluru se 60 kilometers door hai. Bikers aur car drivers ko hours wait karna padta hai peak pe pahunchne ke liye, jahan sunrise dekhna chahiye. New train services se commute easy ho jaayega, lekin hilltop pe pahunchne ke liye personal vehicle ka use karna padega.
