लेकिन अभी फिलहाल सहारनपुर देवबंद एवं मुजफ्फरनगर के रेल यात्रियों को नौचंदी एक्सप्रेस के बड़े हुए कोच का लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है, अभी भी रिजर्वेशन की साइट पर थर्ड एसी कोच उपलब्ध नहीं दिख रहा है इसके अलावा स्लीपर क्लास का भी कोटा वही पुराने वाला चल रहा है, जिससे स्लीपर क्लास में सहारनपुर के लोगों को वेटिंग टिकट ही मिल पा रहा है जबकि मेरठ सिटी से कंफर्म टिकट मिल रहा है
