sub-contractor is in Ghatshila. Delays are caused by the sub-contractor not receiving payment for completed work. Despite the halted construction, sand and construction materials remain on-site, suggesting sand may be sourced from an unknown location. The railway engineer from Jhargram, West Bengal, has explained the issue is related to the transition from manual to online billing, which the contractor is struggling with. However, they expect work to resume soon.

Jhargram (Bengal) ke railway engineer ne bataya ki pehle manual billing hota tha, ab online billing karna hai. Contractor iske baare mein confused hai, isliye kaam ruk gaya. Bahut jald kaam shuru ho jaayega.
