While the fourth line was opened by 10:30 pm, traffic on the remaining three lines remains disrupted. The incident occurred around 7:54 pm when the train, designated as STPB, was traveling from Jharkhand to the Suratgarh thermal plant. The derailment caused damage to the overhead lines and support structures on all three affected tracks. The railway department has started clearing the derailed wagons to restore service. While one goods train was allowed to cross the fourth line around 10:30 pm, followed by the Shatabdi Express, rail traffic on the other three lines remains suspended.
