AADR 16 coach VB runs full between CDG and NDLS almost daily at 1530 hours

Agree with your views on Tejas - A group member suggested using it as triweekly Pune MAO Tejas, which is not a bad idea
As for SNSI - I believe there should be 2 8 coach rakes, one starting in the morning from CST, one from SNSI .. Cant just depend on weekend occupancy for the train
