SVDK ASR VB is not required, or for that matter SVDK CDG either. SVDK ASR needs a Janshatabdi category intercity train.
Better to start a reverse VB between SVDK and NDLS. Give additional stoppages at PTKC, JRC and PNP.

Looks like you are too intelligent to understand SVDK ASR section as SVDK and JAT. Are they any intercity or trains between ASR and SVDK to Guage traveller traffic? How many travellers per day ?
Couple of years ago Railway minister had promised Janshatabdi between ASR and SVDK. But nothing has materialzed, it's okay even if they start Superfast intercity. Don't think there is enough patronage for a Premium train on a route which hardly has any direct connectivity.
But before that NDLS ASR VB much required. Amritsar doesn't have a single VB till now.SVDK ASR VB can be possible via Jalandhar Pathankot
