After failing to do so within a week of receiving a notice, a final 48-hour notice was issued. Additionally, a team has been formed to regularly inspect stalls and pantry cars on trains leaving Dhanbad station to ensure the availability of railneer and the quality and pricing of other food items.

Sat din bitne ke bawajood, agency ne is sambandh mein koi karwai nahin ki. Gurubar ko agency ko fir se notice jaari karte hue, 48 ghanta ki mohlat di gayi hai. Iske baad bhi shart puri nahin hui toh agency ka tender radd ki taiyari shuru kar di gayi hai. Stalls ki jaanch ke liye team gatit ki gayi hai. Dhanbad station ke 8 platform par bik rahe pani aur aanye khaadya padarthon ki niyamit jaanch ke liye senior DCM Amarish Kumar ne commercial inspector ki agvaai mein ek team ka gathan kiya hai. Inspector ko aadesh diya gaya hai ki woh har din station ke stalls ke saath saath Dhanbad se khulne wali trains ki pantry car ki jaanch karein. Stalls aur trains par railneer ki uplabdhta har hal mein sunishchit karani hai. Saath hi, aanye khaadya padarth ki quality aur rate chart ka har hal mein palan karana hai.
