2009 and finishing in 2017. The project cost a hefty 16.25 million USD (approximately 1400 crore Indian rupees) and was designed by Arshad Shahid Abdullah Limited, led by Chairman Shahid Abdullah. While it doesn't reach the towering heights of the Burj Khalifa (828 meters), the Bahria Icon Tower is designed with earthquake and security measures for safety.
